About Us
After leaving the corporate world in 1999, I decided to open Once Upon a Child. At the time, I hadn't really a clue of what I was getting in to. I had shopped at Once Upon a Child before and thought it would be a neat place to own. The first year was a bit tough, but a great learning experience... I had never seen so many types of toys and baby gear... wow!
It's now 2012, and we are still going strong, thanks to our great customers and staff! While every day provides a new challenge, our focus continues to be to provide top notch customer service in a fun, friendly environment. And, we pride ourselves on our two locations being clean and organized.
I know we are still here because of our customers, and we continue to try to improve based on the feedback we get from those so valued customers.
